I refuse to believe there is that much weight loss for my first day. But then again, if I'm going to have an off-kilter scale reading, having it on the first day is something I'm willing to take.
Method
I weigh myself in the morning. In whatever I slept in. I remember from years ago, when I went in for my three times a week weigh ins, the effect of outfit on the weigh in. Clunky shoes, or heaven forbid- boots, would add themselves to my scale reading like an additional hurdle to jump over. I don't need that- I'm taking the luxury of doing my weigh-ins at home: bathroom, in pj's, then weigh.
You can bet I'm not wearing 3 lbs of clothing in the morning.
